I wanted to take a few minutes to review a book I recently read about trading. First of all, I am an experienced stock and options trader. Therefore, the book Trade4Profits – Shortcuts to Profitable Trading was a little basic for me.

That is not to say it was not a good book, it is. It teaches some basic options strategies that can be used to improve your portfolio’s performance. It also reminded me of some option strategies that I had forgotten about.

This is from the back of the book:

Learn basic strategies to find best securities to invest in any market conditions. Learn to leverage your account to bring in the yields you desire while managing risk. You do not have to be 100% correct to be successful using these strategies.”

After reading the book, I can say what the author says is correct. These are simply strategies that can improve your yield. Of course, with all investments you have to be careful. Just because you are using a good strategy does not mean you will be profitable if you do not use it with the correct stocks and control your risk.

Overall, I recommend it as a Buy.
